Booking conditions
Flexible cancellation
Up to 10 days prior to your entry
If you cancel less than 10 days before your arrival or you do not show up, you will be charged 100% of the total price of the reservation. If you need to make a cancellation, it will not be formalized until we receive a written notification via email.
Payment
25% of the total booking amount
To confirm your reservation, the 25% of the total amount will need to be paid. The 75% remaining, will have to be paid 5 days before the arrival. In case you make the reservation within the five days before arrival, you will have to pay 100% of the total amount.
Deposit
Temporary deposit of 1.000€. In case of renting only a part 500€
The amount will be blocked from your account 1 day before your entry and will be fully refunded max 7 days after your stay. In case there were damages, these will be valued economically and will be notified to the client and withdrawn from the deposit.
Discount
For stays longer than 7 days
There are discounts for more than 7 nights stays: 20% discount during July and August and 30% from September to June.
Extra beds
Each extra bed is 15€/night
In case of needing extra beds, they will have to be requested prior to arrival. Price per extra bed and night is 15€.
Tourist tax
1€ / person and day, with a maximum of 7 days
Before arriving at Torre Lloreta, the client will have to pay the tourist tax corresponding to the stay. The tax is calculated as follows: 1 € per person (over the age of 16) and day, with a maximum of 7 days.

To make a reservation, we will need all the information of our clients (names, surnames, ID card or passport and date of birth).

€50 additional each case
Notifying in advance to be able to block the night before or the following.
Your stay at Torre Lloreta
- You can check-in at Torre Lloreta from 4 pm.
- Check-out need to be done before 10 am. If there is no entry on the same day, you can leave at 12 am.
- Contact us for any changes to the check-in and check-out timings. If there is no reservation for the next day we can adapt the check-out time.
- It is forbidden to smoke inside the house.
- The accessories and clothing provided by the property (towels, sheets etc.) cannot be used outside Torre Lloreta facilities.
- Pets are welcomed at Torre Lloreta. The fee per pet for the stay is 50€. Check the house rules for pets here.
- It is important that you leave the house as you found it the first day. If we find any damage, the deposit will have to be withheld.
- You can’t organize any type of event at Torre Lloreta without having informed the property in advance.
- The house is located in a natural environment with close neighbours, in order not to cause disturbance, please do not make noise outside after 10 pm.
What does your stay include?
- From the moment the reservation is made and during your stay, we will help you organize your stay. Do not hesitate to ask tips and recommendations.
- Guests can enjoy the indoor and outdoor facilities of Torre Lloreta during their stay.
- Sheets and towels are included. There is a washing machine and ironing board in case of need.
- You will find soap, toilet paper, cleaning products and trash bags.
- Water, electricity, cleaning and strong Wi-Fi are included in the final price.
- If you wish to have cleaning service during your stay, you can request it and we will inform you of the cost.
- We have beach or pool towels at your disposal for €7 per towel throughout your stay. You can order them in advance to ensure availability.
